8/26 Topic II: Can Exercise Make You Feel More Full

Hello everyone,

Keep in good shape has been a crucial part in women’s lives, regardless of ages or races, whenever summer comes, you can always hear girls talking about how to loss more weight, and even they are already slim enough. People all know that "eat less, exercise more" is the best way to loss weight, but are we willing to surrender our appetite to be skinny? Try to recall when you were a kid, how you felt after swimming all afternoon long. Were you starving and ate everything you grabbed or you just felt full?

Scientists found that exercise do lower our appetite due to some hormones effects. Check the article below:
